About the Role
Surefox North America Inc. is seeking a highly professional and vigilant Concealed Carry Security Agent to serve as an Armed Agent - CCW in Menlo Park and San Francisco City. This role requires a strong background in military combat arms, law enforcement, or as a seasoned armed agent, with the ability to blend into a sophisticated environment while ensuring safety and security. The ideal candidate will embody discretion, poise, and exceptional customer service, maintaining strict adherence to protocols in a fast-paced, elite setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration.
- Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients.
- Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while maintaining attentiveness and energy.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for the client and all personnel.
- Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations.
- Contact the police or fire department during emergencies.
- Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest.
- Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
- Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
- Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures.
Requirements
- Valid California Concealed Carry Permit (or ability to obtain one immediately).
- Valid California BSIS Firearm Expose permit.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to de-escalate situations diplomatically.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on discretion and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle potential physical confrontations, and perform light lifting.
- Proficiency in security technology, such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and communication devices.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
- U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization required.
- No visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be concealed under professional attire.
