About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service throughout their visit
- Receive and prepare food orders according to guest requests
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu, beverage, and retail items
- Handle guest situations with empathy and escalate to management when necessary
- Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists
- Adhere to company cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restaurant areas
- Prep and execute all menu items
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Set up seating areas, including napkin and silverware stations
- Perform basic food preparation tasks
Requirements
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Flexibility in schedule preferred
- Ability to be cross-trained in dining room and retail areas preferred

- $17.00 - $22.00 per hour plus tips
