About the Role

This is a full-time administrative operations opening with a large logistics company, offering opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Update customers on damages or discrepancies for inbound receipts.
• Verify inbound receipts against packing lists and enter data into the warehouse management system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Assist with managing inbound appointment logs and coordinate with trucking companies.
• Communicate with warehouse management regarding inbound receipts exceeding the promised window.

Requirements

• 2 years of office administration experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
