About the Role

We are looking for conscientious and organized employees (m/f/d) for our sales team in Hamburg who enjoy advising people, structuring appointments, and implementing processes cleanly. Your area of responsibility is clearly defined: You will look after warm leads, conduct structured initial consultations, and support our financial advisors in preparing appointments. Career changers are also very welcome. We will train you systematically – step by step. You will be provided with clear processes, checklists, and tools to work professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Telephone support of interested parties based on a conversation guide
Conduct structured initial consultations to determine needs
Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
Organization and preparation for consulting appointments in the financial sector
Support at events, seminars, and team events

Requirements

You have a high school diploma (Abitur), a completed commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable/higher qualification
You reside in Germany
You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner
You communicate reliably, professionally, and friendly – in person, by phone, and digitally
You feel comfortable in clear systems and defined processes
You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks cleanly
Experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is a plus, but not a prerequisite – your attitude is important
