About the Role

The Application Engineering team at Neural Concept helps customers in Japan solve complex engineering challenges by leveraging our platform to accelerate conception processes. We work with automotive, aerospace, and energy industries, applying 3D deep learning and engineering intelligence to improve product design. This role offers a chance to be at the intersection of engineering and AI, working with top-tier customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Run projects with customer engineering teams, analyze and process engineering data using our platform and Python libraries.
Develop tailored solutions and workflows.
Apply machine and deep learning workflows to engineering/physics problems and deliver proofs-of-concept.
Demonstrate how our technology creates value in CAD, CAE, and manufacturing.
Train customer teams on our methods and platform to ensure smooth AI adoption.
Collaborate with developers to translate customer needs into product improvements.

Requirements

Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
Excellent understanding of both Engineering and Machine Learning.
Strong experience with Python programming.
Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and libraries.
Experience with simulation.
Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and comfort in a customer-facing role.
Fluent in English and Japanese (preferably native).
