About the Role
SP+ is seeking safe, friendly Valet drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring vehicle safety, and assisting customers with a seamless parking experience.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
- Communicate proactively with clients
- Inspect vehicles before parking and document findings
- Explain valet rates to customers
- Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management
- Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform throughout the shift
- Assist management with additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd, and weekends
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer complaints
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
