About the Role

Become a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS, a leading fashion and lifestyle company, and contribute to creating excellent customer experiences by bringing collections from the runway to customers.

Responsibilities

• Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
• Showcase the brand through exciting merchandise presentations.
• Execute operational strategies to achieve positive operating profits.
• Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Drive business with the merchant group.
• Perform general problem-solving.
• Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting top-line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client base building, and exceptional service.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
• Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and react to performance issues.
• Actively recruit candidates.
• Ensure all relevant Health & Safety conditions are fulfilled.
• Empower store staff to achieve the highest standards in Health & Safety.
• Maintain knowledge of all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure all Health & Safety documentation is well-recorded and maintained.

Requirements

• BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
