About the Role

Join the UX team at The Home Depot to drive new initiatives by crafting end-to-end experiences and identifying customer needs. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and researchers to solve complex customer problems, balancing user needs with business strategy to create delightful retail experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• 2-4 years of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment
• 2-4 years of experience working with agile software development teams
• Ability to travel 5% to 20% of the time
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
