About the Role

Store Managers lead from the floor to energize teams and deliver results. They are responsible for balancing store operations, team development, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor
• Develop and coach a high-performing team through feedback and celebration
• Manage freight flow, store presentation, and operational priorities
• Oversee labor management to align with business needs and budget
• Drive sales by modeling selling behaviors and guiding the team
• Foster a positive, high-performing, and inclusive store culture
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and operational requirements
• Maintain integrity and accountability in all store outcomes
• Conduct development check-ins and coaching conversations
• Perform labor and volume planning

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience
• Experience managing a store or large department
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity environments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs
• Ability to move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices
• Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
