About the Role

As a member of the Toronto Argonauts Game Operations team, you will deliver championship service to ensure a memorable fan experience by executing activities and promotions at home games at BMO Field.

Responsibilities

• Execute activities and promotions at all Toronto Argonauts home games at BMO Field
• Perform as an upbeat entertainer using dance, cheering, or stunts to engage fans
• Participate in crowd cheers and distribute game giveaways
• Select and prepare contestants for on-field and in-stand promotions
• Explain and ensure accurate completion of contestant waivers
• Set up, execute, and tear down all pre-game, halftime, and post-game promotional materials
• Coordinate and prepare promotions according to the game script within designated time frames
• Coordinate groups of 10 or more children
• Communicate positively and professionally with staff and fans
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Available to work all 6 Toronto Argonauts home games, potential playoff games, and other events
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
• Ability to take direction and show initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Work with passion and integrity
• Friendly, upbeat, detailed, self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and a team player
• Winning and engaging attitude with a passion for football
• Adhere to all MLSE service standards, policies, and Health & Safety regulations
