Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to join our Rooms Team, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences through cooperative teamwork and a commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to exact standards
- Complete a set number of guest rooms per shift
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room
- Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, and cotton balls
- Interact with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Handle guest interactions with high-level hospitality
- Accommodate special guest requests
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
