About the Role
Supporting our Federal Government client, you'll play a vital role in coordinating emergency management functions across a diverse portfolio of owned properties and leased premises. This position is central to ensuring the safety, continuity, and operational excellence of critical facilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency management services as delegated by the Emergency Management Facilities Manager, resolving on-site difficulties promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities
- Manage contractor performance and work collaboratively with service providers to handle escalations related to client complaints, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to required standards
- Deliver excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for emergency management matters, proactively engaging stakeholders and building effective relationships across client entities
- Ensure compliance with all WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures, following established escalation and incident reporting procedures while assisting in property risk management program implementation
- Complete, update, and maintain web-based management information systems, uploading property documentation and ensuring data accuracy to facilitate timely payment processing
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory requirement)
