About the Role

As a Digital Forensics eDiscovery Analyst, you will help deliver eDiscovery and digital forensic services across the Bank. You will work with stakeholders on sensitive investigative matters, support high-quality forensic outcomes, and contribute to protecting the organisation through rigorous, evidence-led work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to respond to workplace relations, legal, regulatory and investigation requests by identifying, collecting, analysing and producing investigation outcomes.
  • Conduct forensic acquisition and analysis across computer systems and mobile devices while maintaining chain of custody and evidence-handling standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders to support ongoing digital forensic and eDiscovery matters.
  • Perform rigorous quality control checks across incoming and outgoing investigation data and results.
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of forensic services in a large, complex and highly regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital forensics and eDiscovery, ideally in a large and complex environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery.
  • Experience processing data using tools such as Relativity or NUIX.
  • Experience querying, extracting and analysing log data from platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Exabeam or Elastic (ELK stack), including use of SPL or KQL.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across end-to-end projects and operational requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and close attention to detail.
  • Experience with forensic tools such as FTK, EnCase, Axiom, Forensic Explorer, Cellebrite or Verakey.
  • Exposure to local IT infrastructure management, including Windows updates, NAS configuration and LAN setup.
  • Experience with additional forensic technologies, including disk duplicators.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally gained through consulting on forensic or investigative matters.
