This role involves turning inbound leads into measurable pipeline, managing demand generation across various channels, and orchestrating a fleet of AI agents to execute marketing tasks. The position offers the opportunity to define the go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing infrastructure company and build the first AI-native growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Own how MintMCP grows and turn inbound leads into measurable, repeatable pipeline.
- Manage demand generation across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
- Own positioning for a technical buyer and demand generation across SEO, AEO, paid, and content.
- Run a webinar series and campaign experiments.
- Build outbound marketing from the ground up with the AE team.
- Own the lifecycle that turns signups, trials, and security reviews into pipeline.
- Own and report on channel performance, CAC, payback, and forecast.
- Orchestrate AI agents for research, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, content drafting, and reporting.
- Look at a messy funnel, find bottlenecks, design experiments, ship them, and analyze data.
- Partner with the GTM team and report to the CEO.
Requirements

- Turned messy demand into measurable pipeline at an early-stage B2B company (ideally dev-tools, infra, or security).
- Possess strong positioning and messaging instincts for a technical buyer.
- Can hold conversations with engineers, security leaders, and AI leaders.
- Experience running demand generation across multiple channels (SEO, AEO, paid, lifecycle, content).
- Experience running both self-serve PLG and sales-assist motions.
- Fluent in attribution and funnel analytics.
- Can model CAC, payback, and a forecast.
- Deeply AI-native and already use agents to multiply yourself.
- Have built or directed agentic workflows.
- Thrive in an environment where the playbook does not yet exist.
- Decide what matters, ship within hours, measure results, and change direction quickly.
- Partner closely with AEs on outbound targeting, messaging, and sequencing.
- Experience taking a product upmarket or repositioning/repricing one.
- Experience building a growth function at an AI-native company.
- Field marketing or events experience.
