About the Role

The Senior Project & Commissioning Engineer is a technical subject matter expert responsible for managing RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance. This role involves customer and internal facing responsibilities, coordinating all parties to meet start-up and operational requirements efficiently, and providing leadership to Engineers and Technicians. The position also includes support for individual skid and Balance of Plant controls.

Coordinate activity of all parties to meet start up and operational requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Provide leadership and coaching to Engineers and Technicians.
Provide individual skid and Balance of Plant controls support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
7-10 years of experience with RNG plants in both landfill and biogas settings and/or gas compression and separation equipment and processes in related industries.
Experience with RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and startup, including demonstrated experience with full plant operation.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to 'think on your feet' and resolve issues in the field in real time.
Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to balance competing interests of customers, contractors, vendors and other parties.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with other project managers, engineers, and trades.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to travel nationwide up to 50%+.
