About the Role
Bridge the gap between business vision and technical excellence by translating complex concepts into actionable solutions. Act as an ambassador for COO Functions, delighting stakeholders and users through successful product strategy, impeccable delivery, and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring and analysis of product performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve product-related issues, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, document, analyse, and prioritise business and user requirements.
- Conduct usability testing, accessibility assessments, user evaluations, and prototype reviews.
- Manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, including change control and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across business and technology functions.
- Experience in Agile and Product Management methodologies, working collaboratively to define, prioritise, and deliver business solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, and project management tools.
- Strong project planning capabilities, including roadmap development and end-to-end delivery management.
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused language.
- Experienced in evaluating solution designs, delivery approaches, and change initiatives.
