About the Role
The Plan Administration team aims to provide excellent client service for recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. A Specialist on the Receipts Team processes daily receipts with high accuracy, manages internal business relationships, and ensures compliance with ERISA Law.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume processing of daily receipts items with a high rate of accuracy.
- Manage relationships with internal business partners.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law.
- Respond to Client Service Team inquiries regarding payroll activities.
- Maintain quality control and procedures.
- Create process improvements to meet key deliverables and exceed client expectations.
- Process employment retirement plan contributions received through payroll and accurately apply them within the recordkeeping system.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that daily client deliverables are met.
