About the Role

The Plan Administration team aims to provide excellent client service for recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. A Specialist on the Receipts Team processes daily receipts with high accuracy, manages internal business relationships, and ensures compliance with ERISA Law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume processing of daily receipts items with a high rate of accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with internal business partners.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law.
  • Respond to Client Service Team inquiries regarding payroll activities.
  • Maintain quality control and procedures.
  • Create process improvements to meet key deliverables and exceed client expectations.
  • Process employment retirement plan contributions received through payroll and accurately apply them within the recordkeeping system.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that daily client deliverables are met.

Salary/Compensations
