About the Role

Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, performance, and competitiveness of the APAC Autoantibody portfolio, spanning early pipeline shaping, launch excellence, in-market growth, and lifecycle optimization. Position APAC as a critical contributor to Global Immunology strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Regional ownership of the Autoantibody portfolio across APAC
  • Full lifecycle responsibility from pipeline through launch and growth
  • Enterprise-level strategic planning and execution
  • Investment prioritization and ROI optimization
  • Leadership of cross-functional regional ecosystem and OpCo alignment
  • Influence on both regional execution and global strategic direction

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and/or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required.
  • A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
  • Team leadership experience
  • Up to 50% travel across APAC
