About the Role

This role is central to driving best practice ER case management across Crown Resorts' Sydney, Melbourne & Perth properties. You will set up the function for success by creating tools, templates, and processes for effective and compliant operations in a highly regulated environment with a diverse workforce. Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and review recommendations for workplace investigation activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve investigations knowledge and resolve identified issues.
  • Provide oversight of ER investigations and conduct QA reviews of ER-led investigation files.
  • Develop tools and practices to ensure investigations are completed fairly and compliantly.
  • Own investigation frameworks and standards, while maintaining oversight of the CoE investigation portfolio for governance, risk, and reporting.
  • Conduct whistleblower and sensitive, high-risk, or complex investigations.
  • Serve as the central point for all P&C Whistleblower cases and the P&C representative at the Whistleblower committee.
  • Own investigation frameworks, governance, and standards.
  • Identify systemic issues, investigation trends, and repeat risk themes to mitigate risks to WR leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Employee Relations leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work with and upskill Line Managers to manage outcomes effectively.
  • Experience in planning and facilitating training and/or workshops.
  • Analytical and commercial thinking.
  • Strong stakeholder and client influence capability.
  • Agility and confidence working within ambiguous and reactive environments.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
