About the Role
Mastercard Dynamic Yield is seeking a Director of Technical Experience to lead technical consulting and strategy for client technical teams, ensuring successful integration of personalization software and driving business outcomes through expert guidance.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on industry best practices for architecture, development with personalization, and building successful development teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in personalization, driving thought leadership and staying current with trends and technologies.
- Mentor internal and external technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Deliver insights and consulting on industry best practices, including developing marketing content (whitepapers, videos, network posts) and delivering workshops, webinars, and presentations.
- Partner with customer success, product, and sales teams to map tailored solutions and ideate improvements to influence product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, development leaders) to understand challenges and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, product management, or related roles.
- Proven history of defining strategy and skillfully executing complex initiatives requiring cross-functional, geographical, and cultural collaboration.
- Strong technical background in personalization software, AI/ML, data integration, and full-stack development.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, development leads, architects).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with Product and R&D teams to rapidly pivot development direction based on client and prospect feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making in cross-functional settings.
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
