About the Role

Create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's full suite of products to meet sales targets and earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.
• Willingness to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

• Up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met
• Potential to earn $62,460 per year with uncapped commission opportunities
