About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance our recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead on talent acquisition and recruitment tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
