About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, data science, scalable data products, and people analytics. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, design practical solutions, build working prototypes, and move validated ideas into production to address workforce and talent challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-powered applications, to solve complex workforce challenges.
- Translate ambiguous business and HR questions into scalable data products, models, and decision-support tools.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data science workflows from data extraction to model deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with HRBPs, talent leaders, and executives to deliver actionable insights on internal mobility, skills, performance, and workforce planning.
- Develop and productionize advanced analytics solutions using modern AI frameworks such as LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Create reusable data assets, semantic layers, and metadata frameworks to improve analytics scalability.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical use of employee data.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of professional experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience within HR/People Analytics domain preferred.
- Demonstrated communication skills and experience in financial services.
- Leadership experience working with senior management and executive leadership.
- Ability to coach or mentor team members.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
Skills
- Programming and process automation (file I/O, database integrations, APIs, DevOps, data mining, web scraping).
- Data visualization (static and dynamic tools).
- Statistics and statistical modeling (inference, regression).
- Machine learning algorithms, feature selection, and extraction.
- SQL (complex queries, database exploration, troubleshooting).
- Modern AI frameworks (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agentic workflows).
