About the Role

SP+ is seeking safe, friendly Valet drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring vehicle safety, and assisting customers with parking needs while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
• Communicate proactively with clients
• Inspect vehicles before parking and document findings
• Explain valet rates to customers
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management
• Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways
• Maintain professional appearance in uniform throughout the shift
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer issues
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd, and weekends
