About the Role
This is the first hire on the ground in Asia, responsible for building pipeline from scratch in the most important crypto region. The role involves writing the playbook, building relationships with founders, CFOs, and treasurers, and turning them into accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline from zero across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the wider APAC crypto scene
- Work the conference and event circuit, turning handshakes into meetings
- Get warm introductions through trusted contacts
- Run discovery and pitch Meow to crypto buyers
- Feed learnings back to the NYC team to refine the pitch
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in sales or BD with a proven track record of hitting quota
- Understanding of finance and crypto, including stablecoins, yield, and FDIC insurance
- Hungry and proactive, preferring to figure things out independently
- Ability to build a network quickly and thoughtfully, earning introductions without damaging relationships
- Comfortable being the sole representative of Meow in meetings and taking ownership
