About the Role

One Medical is a primary care solution dedicated to making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Our comprehensive services include in-office and virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive and chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns.

Responsibilities

See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements

Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or be Board Eligible and scheduled to take the next available exam.
State licensed in California before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care.
Successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
Openness to feedback and reflection.
Confidently navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.
Adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.
