About the Role
This mid-level individual contributor role within the Advance AI Agent Product Analytics Team focuses on user experience optimization via GenAI-driven personalization. You will partner with product managers to solve complex problems, applying scientific rigor and statistical methods to drive business growth and product development throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover actionable insights for product and business decisions.
- Design, develop, and implement analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build, validate, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for scalable analytics solutions.
- Apply advanced data visualization methods to present results clearly.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets and applying statistical methods to business problems.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Ability to communicate insights, methodologies, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.

- Potential to increase up to $179,000.00 based on performance
