About the Role
We are offering an internship in customer service / sales. You will work in a dynamic, growing company with a diverse range of tasks, a young and dedicated team, and challenging responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy. This is a mandatory internship only.
Responsibilities
- Processing inquiries from private and corporate customers
- Creating CO₂ reports for companies (business travel and events)
- Actively supporting customer retention and business development
- Creating information and presentation materials
- Attending trade fairs and events (e.g., ITB Berlin)
- Performing administrative tasks and office management
Requirements
- Studying or completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Political Science, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Geosciences
- Experience and interest in climate protection, tourism, CSR, and sustainability
- Very good computer skills, especially MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Independent, meticulous, and reliable work style
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Native-level German language skills and very good English skills
