About the Role
The Mechanical Engineer will join a dynamic team focused on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction across various building design sectors. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to solve complex technical challenges throughout all project phases, including construction administration and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and execute assignments for multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and execute project plans.
- Draft and document equipment and processes to ensure project manufacturability.
- Document operational intent and maintenance requirements for end users.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
- Conduct onsite client visits, including scope walks, meetings, testing, commissioning, startup support, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with client proposals and proposal development.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to take direction and act independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
- Experience solving complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing and executing multiple projects in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent technical, presentation, and client interface skills.
- Stay current with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques.
- Seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing designs and processes.
