About the Role
National Account Managers at Indeed help leading organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As a direct sales representative, you will advocate for Indeed's job search technology with prominent organizations. You will demonstrate the innovative capabilities of our products to help customers become more productive, collaborative, and agile. Your sales expertise and knowledge of Indeed will help organizations connect with great talent. In this role, you will be part of our UK Public Sector team, managing a portfolio of Police Force and Central Government accounts. You will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, helping them achieve their hiring goals through Indeed's innovative recruitment solutions. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays when you are not attending in-person customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts within the Public Sector
- Selling Indeed’s pay-for-performance solutions (including PPSA)
- Managing large, complex, high-visibility, and strategic accounts
- Conducting face-to-face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone
- Identifying revenue opportunities within an entire client organization
- Examining and using data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
- Networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become an industry authority
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Experience in an enterprise field sales environment, practicing both educating clients and efficiently closing deals
- Demonstrated success in building and growing new accounts and territories
- Solid hunter mentality and experience with winning new business in the enterprise segment
- Ability to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations utilizing consultative and solution-based selling
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organization and aptitude to effectively prioritize accountabilities
- Expected travel up to 50% of the time
- Fluency in written, verbal and presentation communication

Salary/Compensations
- Tier 1: £45,000 – £68,000 base salary (OTE: £113,000 - £136,000+)
- Tier 2: £50,000 – £75,000 base salary (OTE: £118,000 - £143,000+)
- Tier 3: £55,000 – £83,000 base salary (OTE: £123,000 - £151,000+)
