About the Role

As a M&E Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with experienced, diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. Responsibilities

Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and report/track progress, quality, and safety issues.
Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring timely documentation and meeting client expectations.
Act as a visible onsite leader, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, schedule, and partner engagement.
Proactively identify issues and collaborate with the team for effective resolution.
Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client for improvements.
Implement project procedures and ensure they are observed.
Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts.
Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

Project management experience, especially in mechanical and electrical trades, ideally with pre-construction phase experience.
A degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
Possession of a project management professional certification or active pursuit of one.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Aptitude for collaborative and friendly team environments.
Ability to thrive on building strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and fun.

Education Level

Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
