About the Role

As a General Manager at The Wellsville Group, you will be the heartbeat of the store, setting the tone, driving performance, and creating an environment where guests and team members thrive. Requirements

Retail leadership experience required
General Manager experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to drive results through people, coaching, and accountability
Strong communication skills and comfort leading teams and meetings
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
Previous store-level retail leadership experience required
