Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime by anticipating repairs.
- Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior building areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration, with multi-skilling in electrical, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interiors/exteriors.
- Study and become familiar with equipment and proper usage methods.
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
- Submit P-card receipts daily.
- Update work order status in real time.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
- Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary/Compensations
- 110,260.00 – 88,208.64 USD per year
