Responsibilities

  • Build and grow client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service.
  • Deploy assets into suitable financial products based on client risk/reward tolerances.
  • Engage in marketing and business development activities to identify, attract, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Proactively service clients and address investment-related questions.
  • Make decisions on moderately complex issues to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
  • Develop investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.
  • Analyze information and trends, applying them to individual client circumstances.
  • Participate in seminars for clients and prospects in collaboration with team members.
  • Demonstrate well-developed presentation skills to convey ideas to clients.

Requirements

  • Possess a post-secondary degree/diploma.
  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in the brokerage space.
  • Hold current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
  • Be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
  • May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
  • Must have a valid work or study permit, where applicable.
