Responsibilities
- Build and grow client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service.
- Deploy assets into suitable financial products based on client risk/reward tolerances.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities to identify, attract, and convert prospects into clients.
- Proactively service clients and address investment-related questions.
- Make decisions on moderately complex issues to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
- Develop investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.
- Analyze information and trends, applying them to individual client circumstances.
- Participate in seminars for clients and prospects in collaboration with team members.
- Demonstrate well-developed presentation skills to convey ideas to clients.
Requirements
- Possess a post-secondary degree/diploma.
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in the brokerage space.
- Hold current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative (RR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
- Be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
- May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
- Must have a valid work or study permit, where applicable.
