About the Role

Citi’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi's Corporate Advisory business through hands-on experience. It includes an extensive training program to gain fundamental skills and assignments equivalent to full-time responsibilities. Top performers may be hired for the Graduate Analyst Program in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Develop core skills required of a full-time analyst.
• Gain direct exposure on deals and transactions.

Requirements

• Penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Passionate about finance and have a genuine interest to learn.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the Citi community through teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.
• Commitment to personal success and the success of the institution.
• Ability to win and sustain the loyalty of institutional clients with confidence and good judgment.
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas to implement innovative strategies.
• Updated CV (including your ATAR/GPA/WAM).
• Cover letter addressed to Citi.
• Academic Transcript.
• ATAR score is required to be included in your CV or as a separate document.
