About the Role
Five Below is seeking a motivated individual to join our team and ensure our crew members provide exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in driving sales and maintaining store standards, offering unlimited possibilities for growth in an amazing experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service through personal interaction.
- Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast and friendly checkouts.
- Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
- Manage front-end operations, including merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) and equipment.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, and recovery.
- Perform store manager duties in their absence.
- Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members.
- Review and act upon corporate communications.
- Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
- Perform store maintenance tasks, including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Store Manager based on store needs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
