About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact.
- Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for a fast, friendly check out.
- Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective duties and excellent customer service.
- Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient sales floor placement.
- Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
- Manages the opening or closing of the store, including cash security, locking, and alarm setting.
- Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
- Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
- Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
- Performs store maintenance including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
