About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Senior Analyst – DevOps to support the execution and coordination of software releases across Four Seasons’ digital platforms, including corporate site, mobile and tablet applications, and chat and F&B platforms. This role focuses on release execution, CI/CD support, environment validation, and platform stability, working closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality deployments and efficient delivery of platform enhancements leveraging CI/CD and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end release execution across environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production) for digital platforms (web, mobile, chat).
  • Validate release readiness, including quality thresholds, dependencies, and environment stability.
  • Coordinate deployment activities, release schedules, and change processes.
  • Monitor deployments to support real-time issue detection and triage, ensuring timely resolution during releases.
  • Track and report release health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify patterns impacting deployment reliability and release quality, and contribute to remediation actions.
  • Maintain backlog tracking and release documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Validate environment readiness, including configuration, dependencies, and deployment prerequisites prior to release execution.
  • Monitor pipeline runs and deployments to identify failures, instability patterns, and areas of risk.
  • Assist in troubleshooting deployment and pipeline issues, working with engineering teams to restore release flow quickly.
  • Contribute to improving deployment reliability, consistency, and automation, reducing manual intervention and release risk.
  • Support implementation of basic guardrails to improve release quality.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Commercial and digital platforms as well as the company’s strategic business plans.
  • Present proposed support changes to business, technical and executive stakeholders as necessary, and follow-up on all issues and required modifications.
  • Provide support to the QA team and assist in validating UAT test cases to ensure high-quality release.
  • Monitor platform health using logs, alerts, dashboards and system reports.
  • Support investigation and resolution of technical issues, defects, and production incidents with partners and internal teams.
  • Participate in post-release validation and incident reviews.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize patching and stability improvements.
  • Help identify and reduce recurring failure patterns and operational inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to improving system reliability, resilience, and performance over time.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of known issues, configurations, and operational processes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for support-related inquiries and release coordination activities, fostering open communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Maintain working knowledge of digital platforms and supporting systems.
  • Support basic configuration validation and platform updates where required.
  • Ensure adherence to platform standards, governance, and release practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a technical role supporting software delivery, release management, or platform operations, preferably in an eCommerce space.
  • Experience leading with planning, coordinating, and managing software releases.
  • Experience supporting software releases, deployments and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and deployment practices.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams on enhancements, defect resolution and releases.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with environment management, QA validation, and deployment coordination.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master).
  • Ability to operate with moderate independence.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, reliability, and execution.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings, workshops and group discussions with good presentation skills.
  • Release lifecycle and deployment processes.
