About the Role
Serve as a critical point of connection between clients, Relationship Managers, and Citi's global network, ensuring seamless delivery across the full client relationship lifecycle. Your ability to navigate complex banking operations and build trusted relationships will shape the client’s experience and contribute to the team's commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with client networks and operational teams, acting as the primary contact for internal requests, problem escalations, and their resolution.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients and subsidiaries, ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and other regulatory obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and liaise with client’s treasury offices to facilitate effective delivery across the global network regarding Citi Commercial Bank's capabilities.
- Engage with internal departments to provide transactional support throughout the onboarding and relationship lifecycle, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Coordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi's global network, working with product partners to identify and position relevant actions for clients.
- Maintain accurate client legal and marketing hierarchies within internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Partner with the Credit Operations Teams for current documentation regarding credit products including loans, letters of credit, Markets/FX and related transactions.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or a related financial services function.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills, with the ability to act decisively and follow through to outcome.
- Professional and adaptable working style, with a reputation for being a reliable and trusted point of contact across teams.
- Sound judgement when assessing business decisions, with a clear commitment to regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and ethical conduct.
