About the Role
STXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, and STXZ brings you local clients.
Responsibilities
- Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
- Agree on schedule and location with the client.
- Run the session using your professional judgment regarding drills, pacing, and structure.
- Submit a brief lesson report on the platform after the session.
Requirements
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience.
- Reliable transportation to training locations.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
- Possession of your own coaching equipment (cones, balls, training aids).
- Strong communication skills with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.
