About the Role
The Executive Director of Family and Community Engagement is responsible for innovating, implementing, and maintaining strategies, systems, and structures that help students become fully equipped to engage constructively as academic achievers in school and as citizens in our community. This role manages and directs student and family support services, ensuring alignment with the district's mission, vision, and goals. The Executive Director also establishes policies for transparency and accountability and represents the district on committees fostering student and family engagement.
Responsibilities
- Innovate, implement, and maintain strategies, systems, and structures for student engagement.
- Manage and direct student and family support services across departments and programs.
- Ensure Youth Development and Family Services activities align with district mission, vision, and goals.
- Establish essential policies and procedures for transparency and accountability in service, program, and fiscal activities.
- Represent the district on committees, task forces, and coalitions for student and family engagement.
