About the Role
The Mobility Global Sales Solutions Data Management team supports data-centric functions for the B2B Sales Solutions organization. They are seeking a key player to enable efficient, high-quality processes through robust data structures and data management principles.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of enterprise data management strategies, ensuring data from multiple systems and sources is structured, validated, and optimized for flexibility and ease of use.
- Collaborate with data management teammates to test, evaluate, and evolve data validation strategies and quality controls.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design robust, data-driven business processes related to outreach, measurement and attribution, and the creation of derived variables.
- Translate analytical concepts and prototypes into detailed engineering requirements to support the production implementation of data models, validation protocols, and data transformation processes.
- Assimilate data from multiple sources, analyze and deconstruct existing business logic, and support ad hoc and exploratory analyses.
- Conduct source data analysis, including reverse engineering existing data structures and logic, to inform data model development and enhancements.
- Participate in data governance processes to help prevent unapproved or misaligned changes to table schemas, dimensional models, and core data assets.
- Contribute to agile development and testing cycles by validating requirements, reviewing outputs, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics.
- Experienced in gathering data requirements, gap analysis and provide requirements and user acceptance testing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to successfully deploy solutions.
- A continuous learner familiar with industry trends within the modern data stack and an ability to apply them to problems we face.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of data analysis for relational and dimensional databases to support application, analytic and data science use cases.
- Strong working knowledge of database technologies.
- Relational database platform experience is a plus.
- Limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.
