About the Role
As a Front Office All-Rounder (Overnight), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient, friendly, and engaging service throughout the night. You will assist guests with check-in, check-out, and enquiries while ensuring their needs are met and communicated effectively to relevant hotel departments. By accurately reviewing guest information and managing requests, you will help ensure every stay exceeds expectations. In addition to guest service responsibilities, you will support the hotel's overnight operations, including night audit preparation, end-of-day procedures, cashiering functions, and the completion of accurate financial and operational reports.
