About the Role

Connect with prospective and existing customers, promote tailored solutions, and close sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced BPO contact center.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Present and promote products or services aligned with customer needs.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Subject to the program and location of the position.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
