About the Role
The Strategy Enablement Project Professional will help develop and lead project management activities across the Strategy Enablement team. This includes establishing governance frameworks, standardizing processes, and aligning project portfolios with strategic goals to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing projects of various sizes and complexity.
- End-to-end delivery of projects, including managing cost/budget, schedule, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk.
- Ensuring project work aligns with stated business objectives.
- Providing a blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development, and implementation of strategic IT projects.
- Building knowledge of IT products and LOB to probe delivery feasibility and identify conflicts with other projects.
- Setting and managing customer expectations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders.
- Driving deliverables and activities by removing barriers and escalating risks/issues.
- Facilitating the project staffing and prioritization process in concert with HR strategy.
- Assigning Strategy Enablement resources to prioritized projects.
- Enlisting expert support from HRBPs, COEs, journeys, HR Tech, or change management/comms.
- Training project managers on the team in skills, tools, and best practices to build project management capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
- Management experience, including hiring and training staff.
- Experience with enterprise-wide project coordination, project management, facilitation, presentation, and leadership.
- Knowledge of field sales operations and business strategies in the insurance industry.
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
- Inspirational/values based leadership and talent management experience.
- Customer service experience and acumen.
- Verbal and written communications skills to direct management staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.

Salary/Compensations
- $92,700.00 - $167,500.00
