About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install heating and air conditioning systems in compliance with current codes.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues accurately and professionally.
- Identify potential system issues to prevent breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote company products and services.
- Maintain organized records and reports.
- Keep company vehicle clean and stocked with necessary inventory.
- Ensure company tools are used safely and maintained properly.
- Provide personal tools for HVAC installations.
- Represent the company with honesty and professional ethics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with national, state, and local HVAC codes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces such as ceilings and crawl spaces.
