About the Role
Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking a Full Time Night Crew Manager for its San Francisco Grand Central location. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with excellent time management skills, capable of working graveyard shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew.
- Stock, receive, refill, and rotate items on shelves.
- Unload deliveries and break down stock in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and well-kept backroom.
- Handle products to minimize damage and shrink.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of management experience.
- Pro-active and team-oriented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- 3 - 5 years of experience on a stock team.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to reach up to 4 hours per day.
- May be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE as mandated by Company Policy.
