Responsibilities
- Complete and confirm reservations

- Ensure guests feel comfortable and personally cared for
- Recognize regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
- Answer the phone promptly and professionally
- Record guest information accurately and provide estimated wait times
- Seat guests according to company standards and seating preferences
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff throughout the shift
- Maintain front desk supplies
- Ensure the entry, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
