About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will define the strategy and roadmap for the foundational AI platform powering the next generation of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. You will lead platform capabilities that enable product teams across Docusign to build, deploy, and scale trusted AI assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent agreement workflows. Your work will accelerate AI innovation across the company, driving the platform that powers AI experiences used by millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign's AI Platform, establishing core capabilities that enable AI innovation across the Intelligent Agreement Management platform.
Lead company-wide AI platform initiatives in partnership with product organizations, delivering shared platform investments that accelerate AI adoption while reducing duplicated engineering effort.
Drive Docusign's global AI strategy enabling AI globalization and delivering enterprise-ready AI experiences across international markets.
Build the foundational customer admin platform interface for AI assistants and autonomous agents, including observability, knowledge integration, extensibility, and enabling teams to rapidly build new AI experiences.
Define the enterprise usage framework for AI, including administrative controls, policy management, usage governance, compliance, and configurable platform controls required by enterprise customers.
Shape the strategy for Docusign's multi-model AI platform, enabling seamless integration of frontier foundation models while optimizing quality, performance, reliability, latency, and cost.
Partner closely with Engineering and Applied AI to define platform architecture, technical investments, and long-term AI infrastructure strategy.
Establish platform metrics that measure adoption, quality, reliability, and customer value, using data and experimentation to continuously improve AI capabilities.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to translate emerging AI needs into scalable platform capabilities.
Influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams through clear product vision, strategic roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Management
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software, AI platform or Document intelligence management domain
Experience in building enterprise-grade AI-powered experiences and AI agent products
Experience defining metrics and leading AI platform products
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design teams
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback
Familiarity with agreement lifecycle management, legal tech, or document platforms
Experience with document management systems
Track record of driving product strategy from vision through successful execution

Salary/Compensations

California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary

Benefits

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
