About the Role
Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Travel Ortho Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team in Austin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a supportive team that values teamwork, development, and positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
- Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
- Travel between supported office locations as needed
Requirements
- Current TX RDA Certification
- CPR
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
